Physical Training

New for 2017. Advantage Coaching will be offering volleyball specific physical training. We will start with the key components of strength, endurance, and speed and work towards the secondary atributes of muscular endurance, anaerobic strength, and power is a systematic progressive plan.

All sessions are designed and guided by a certified strength & conditioning coach.

Dates: June 5, 2017 —August 23, 2017

Time 8:30-9:30 on Monday and Wednesdays

Location: FitClub, 694 Leathorne St.. London, Ontario

Cost: 20 sessions = $180.00

10 sessions = $99.00

  • we will only be taking 20 session registrations until April 15th. On April 16th we will open any remaining spots to 10 session packages.
